Tim McGinnis has been a Polson resident for 27 years. For 13 of those years, he was the chef/owner of two successful restaurants. He has carried his service background into his real estate career both as a REALTOR® and a Montana Licensed Real Estate Appraiser.
Tim is an active community member, currently serving on the Planning Board, as a Trustee on the Polson School District Board, and on the Montana State Board of Real Estate Appraisers.
